Walking along our High Street we hold before The Lord the frustrations of driving.  Thinking about the alterations in road layouts and the ever increasing complications required for divers to conform to, Lord give us, whether we be pedestrian or driver, that calm needed to stay safe.  Amen
 

+ Give thanks for all the memories we carry forward from Christmas
and New Year.

+ Give thanks for the words of the Covenant Service: “The power
to do all these things is given to us  in Christ who strengthens us.”

+ Pray for those with specials needs needing to access community
help and resources, and those who care for them.

+ Pray for our links with Furlong House, Parklands and St Peter`s
Court and members of St John`s who support the links and services.

+ Let`s pray for the other churches in the area and friends, and
Church leaders and representatives as we look for new ways
of serving the community together.

+ Pray for those planning the services and groups in Lent.

+ Pray for the uniformed leaders and plans for a
Craft morning on the story of Holy Week for children
and young people.

+ Pray for members of the emergency services, especially those
from St John`s.

+ Pray for those who have drifted away from active involvement
In the Church`s worship.
